In second column write "Generators" and write in following order John Deere 75 KVA John Deere 75 KVA Caterpillar 62.5 KVA Power Zone 75 KVA Power Zone 65 KVA Caterpillar 55 KVA Millat 65 KVA Millat 20 KVA Millat 65 KVA Caterpillar 100 KVA Caterpillar 100 KVA So these are list of 11 generators and following i will give you their AD Number in sequence as stated above of which you will create a third column 750041 750042 6229 7517002 6517004 775509 651072 2023178 650504 7502 8067 So these are the AD Numbers that you have to mention in a separate column as briefed above. 4th column would be "Inspection Type" and leave it completely empty. 5th column would be "Next Inspection" and also leave it completely empty. 6th column would be 'Insp Carried Out Date' also leave it completely empty. 7th column would be 'Insp Carried out Meter' also leave it completely empty. 8th column would be 'Next Insp Due Date' also leave it completely empty. Last column would be 'Next Insp Due Meter' also leave it completely empty. keep in mind i have to print it. So it should be high quality and select the background color of suitable color. Also add any 2D image related to subject panaflex to make it look cool and stylish.
