How are credits used?

Credits are used to generate images. One credit generates one image. Purchased credit packs never expire.

Can I buy multiple credit packs?

Yes, you can purchase multiple packs. Credits will accumulate in your account for use when needed.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Once you've used all your credits, you won't be able to generate new images until you purchase additional credits.

What is the refund policy?

We offer a limited refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting our service integrity:

• Refund requests must be made within 10 days of purchase
• Only unused credits or ungenerated images are eligible for refund
• For a refund, email support@aidesign.click with your account email and reason
• Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
