3.1全井筒双柱塞运移规律理论研究 针对约3500 m 深井排水采气过程中存在的举升压差大、单级举升效率低及气液分离不充分等技术难题,本文提出并建立了双级串联柱塞排采系统。该系统基于井筒气液两相流动特征,通过在井筒不同深度布置上下柱塞,将传统单级长距离连续举升过程转化为分段接力举升过程,从而有效改善深井携液能力与排采效率。 根据井筒流体动力学特征及柱塞运行状态,将双柱塞系统的运移过程划分为上、下两个相对独立的工作区间。通过柱塞在不同区间的协同运移与节流控制作用,实现井筒内压力与能量的分级调配。整个运行周期可划分为高能稳产期、能量衰竭期及临界启动期三个典型阶段,其运移机理如下。 (1)高能稳产期:井下节流与压力调控阶段 在气藏能量充足条件下,井底流压高于临界携液压力,井筒内气体具有良好的携液能力。此时,下柱塞在气体膨胀驱动下上行至上限位下端,并在该位置开启节流通道,转化为井下节流器工作模式,上柱塞尚未投放。通过节流作用调节井筒压降分布,使井底流压保持在合理范围内,从而实现气井的连续稳定生产,并为后续柱塞运行提供良好的初始条件。 (2)能量衰竭期:关井复压与能量恢复阶段 随着气藏能量逐渐衰减,井筒气体流速降低,当其不足以维持连续携液时,上限位以上井段逐渐发生液体积聚。此时投放上柱塞,其在重力作用下下落至上限位上方,同时由于液柱载荷增加及供能不足,下柱塞关闭节流通道并回落至下限位上端,井筒流动通道受阻,系统进入关井憋压阶段。该阶段通过地层渗流补给恢复井底压力,为下一周期柱塞启动提供能量储备。 (3)临界启动期:双柱塞协同举升阶段 当井底压力恢复至能够克服柱塞及液柱总重力时,系统进入启动阶段。在高压气体驱动下,下柱塞首先上行,并通过压缩中部气柱形成气动传递效应,将能量传递至上柱塞。上柱塞在气垫推动下实现密封并携带上部积液向井口举升,完成液体排出过程。该过程将深井长距离举升转化为分段接力举升,实现“分段储能—协同传递—集中排液”的循环运行模式。 基于上述运移机理,双柱塞系统在井筒内形成以限位位置为界的分段压力与温度分布特征。井筒压力与温度沿程变化不再呈单一连续梯度,而是在上、下柱塞作用下形成多个局部梯度区间,体现出明显的分级调控特征。整体上,井筒压力与温度仍随井深增加呈上升趋势,符合气柱压力分布与地温梯度规律。 进一步分析表明,在气藏压力衰减条件下,双柱塞系统仍能够维持良好的分段隔离与能量传递能力。在上柱塞位置处可形成大于 5 MPa 的有效压力台阶,满足柱塞启动要求,实现由单级举升向分段高效接力举升的转变,从而有效提升深井气液携带能力并保障气井稳定生产。
